1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jl 745 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jl-745.com ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the jl 745 Platform.

jl 745 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jl 745 may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by jl 745, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jl 745 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jl 745 will never contact you to request your password.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jl 745 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jl 745 is required to verify the identity of all registered players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

jl 745 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration or use of the account violates these Terms or any applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl 745 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jl 745 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jl 745 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal to Registered Account Only: All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. jl 745 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• No Deposit Fees: jl 745 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl 745 bears no responsibility.
• AML Compliance: jl 745 is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may trigger a review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jl 745 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl 745 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jl 745 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jl 745 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

jl 745 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or player behavior.

Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, the round may be declared void and all wagers refunded at jl 745's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.

• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your jl 745 account in bad faith.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jl 745 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings will not be returned upon closure due to a breach of these Terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

Any unauthorized use of jl 745's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl 745 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jl 745 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jl 745 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, jl 745's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall jl 745's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl 745 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl 745 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jl 745's customer support team. jl 745 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl 745 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jl 745 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl 745 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the jl 745 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
